Can you Juice Pumpkin Leaves?

You might be surprised to find out that pumpkin leaves, stems, flowers, seeds, and fruit are all nutritious food sources that can be juiced. I have not tried pumpkin leaves yet myself, but the nutrition data looks good. Pumpkin leaves seem to be an excellent source for vitamin K, and good source of manganese and iron.

Pumpkins are easy to grow in most areas, so this plant can provide more than just a Halloween decoration. Growing pumpkins yourself would not only provide pumpkin fruit and seeds that are very nutritious to juice, but also provide a good source of greens that could be rotated into your juice recipes.
